Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine the pasta and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic. Stir well and cook until the pasta is al dente and the liquid is mostly absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
