A simple, delicious, and quick one-pan pasta dish made with butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.

- 8 oz pasta
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine the pasta and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic. Stir well and cook until the pasta is al dente and the liquid is mostly absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For a creamier texture, try adding a splash of cream or milk along with the Parmesan cheese.
