Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, then add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, stirring occasionally until softened.
