- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, onion, garlic, beans, green chilies, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
- Stir to blend all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy cream and cream cheese, ensuring they blend smoothly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
