Description
A delightful treat combining crushed Butterfingers with creamy peanut butter, creating a sweet and crunchy snack that’s perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate coating (milk, dark, or white)
- Optional: Crushed nuts or additional Butterfinger pieces for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
- Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
- Meanwhile, melt the chosen chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined tray.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed nuts or extra Butterfinger pieces on top of the melted chocolate. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
Notes
Make sure to temper the chocolate correctly for a shiny finish. You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a nutty twist.
