A delightful treat combining crushed Butterfingers with creamy peanut butter, creating a sweet and crunchy snack that’s perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger bars
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate coating (milk, dark, or white)
  • Optional: Crushed nuts or additional Butterfinger pieces for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger bars, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until fully combined.
  2. Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the chosen chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment-lined tray.
  5. If desired, sprinkle crushed nuts or extra Butterfinger pieces on top of the melted chocolate. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes until chocolate sets.

Notes

Make sure to temper the chocolate correctly for a shiny finish. You can substitute peanut butter with almond butter for a nutty twist.
