Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small Onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Lettuce or Spinach, for wrapping
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the sliced chicken breast until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss in the sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking until they’re vibrant and tender (approximately 3-4 minutes). Stir in the sweet chili sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. Lay a leaf of lettuce on a clean surface. Spoon the chicken and vegetable mixture onto the lettuce, topped with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
  4. Carefully wrap the lettuce like a burrito, folding in the sides to enclose the filling.
  5. Place your wraps on a serving platter. Drizzle with additional sweet chili sauce for an extra kick if desired.
