Ingredients

- 2 sleeves of saltine crackers (or Ritz crackers, Wheat Thins)
- 1 cup of vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix (or homemade ranch mix)
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or chili powder, crushed red pepper)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
- In a bowl, combine the oil, ranch seasoning, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until well blended.
- Place the saltine crackers in a large mixing bowl and pour the seasoning mixture over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Gently toss the crackers.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated crackers in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every ten minutes.
- Allow the crackers to cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container.
Notes
For extra spice, sprinkle chili flakes on top before baking.
