- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, Bisquick baking mix, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated, using your hands for best mixing.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced slightly apart.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
