Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can of Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, drained Rotel tomatoes, Bisquick baking mix, chopped green onions, and minced garlic.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated, using your hands for best mixing.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced slightly apart.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack for an extra kick. Use aluminum foil on the baking sheet for easier cleanup.
