  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup pretzels, crushed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the peanut butter and mix until fully combined.
  5. Beat in the egg until everything is well combined.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the crushed pretzels and chocolate chips.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop generous portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown and centers look slightly underbaked.
  10. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
