Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Mash together with a fork until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a log shape, twisting the ends to secure, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
