A playful, viral take on a comfort classic, this ramen noodles lasagna bakes up layers of cheesy, saucy goodness with a chewy ramen twist.
Ingredients
4 packets ramen noodles (discard flavor packet)
4 cups tomato sauce, divided
2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place two dry ramen bricks in a 9×9 baking dish.
3. Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce over noodles, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
4. Repeat layers: ramen, sauce, cheese. End with cheese on top.
5. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
6. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
7. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
No need to boil the ramen first.
Use any sauce variation you prefer, Alfredo, spicy, or gochujang fusion.
Add vegetables or meat between layers if desired.
