Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, pumpkin puree, shredded cheddar, garlic, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs. Beat until well blended and light—about 2-3 minutes.
- Cover your hands with powdered sugar or use plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a round ball.
- Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to firm up.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in the chopped nuts or seeds, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place on a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs or edible flowers. Serve with crackers, veggie sticks, or apple slices.
