Crispy air fryer pizza rolls filled with melty cheese and customizable toppings make for a delightful snack or appetizer.
Ingredients

- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Optional fillings: Pepperoni, cooked sausage, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, or any favorite toppings.
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into approximately 3-inch squares.
- Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges together to seal them tightly.
- Lightly brush or spray each roll with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Experiment with different cheeses and consider adding breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
