- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, water, oil, and eggs until creamy.
- Gradually add the cake mix, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
- Optional: serve with chocolate drizzle or vanilla ice cream.
