Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and diced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Sauté until golden brown and cooked through; let cool slightly.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the breadsticks.
- Spread sautéed chicken evenly over the breadsticks. Top with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and breadsticks are golden brown.
