Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by finely chopping the fresh mint leaves and measuring out the other ingredients for easy mixing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the protein powder and chopped mint leaves, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
If the mixture is too dry, add more nut butter or honey. Experiment with different nut butters or protein powders to find your flavor preference.
