  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by finely chopping the fresh mint leaves and measuring out the other ingredients for easy mixing.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the protein powder and chopped mint leaves, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop and roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
