Ingredients
2 cups of leftover mashed potatoes
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or any cheese blend)

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp dried garlic)

2. In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, grated cheese, mushrooms, garlic, and beaten egg.
3. Gradually stir in flour until mixture holds its shape but remains soft.
4. Scoop or shape into small puffs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
6. Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
