- ¼ cup pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Trim the ends of the green beans and wash them under cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add green beans, and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Pour the glaze over the beans and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to caramelize.
- Remove from heat, add pomegranate seeds, and crumble goat cheese on top.
- Serve immediately and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider blanching the green beans before sautéing. Adjust sweetness of the glaze to your taste.
