Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast, then press each breast into the Parmesan mixture, coating thoroughly.
- Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
