Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each chicken breast, then press each breast into the Parmesan mixture, coating thoroughly.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
