- 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or your preferred nut)
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the texture resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, sweetened condensed milk, and chopped pecans. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until the edges are bubbly and the center is set.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and let the bars cool in the pan for 20-30 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
For cleaner edges while cutting, use a sharp knife dipped in warm water. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for longer freshness.
