- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Store-bought pizza or crescent dough
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Italian seasoning, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic during the final minute of cooking.
- Mix in cheese until melted.
- Roll out dough and cut into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
- Place filling onto each rectangle, leaving space around edges.
- Roll dough around filling, sealing edges by pinching tightly. Brush tops with melted garlic butter.
- Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with leftover garlic butter if desired.
