Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Store-bought pizza or crescent dough
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Italian seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic during the final minute of cooking.
  5. Mix in cheese until melted.
  6. Roll out dough and cut into rectangles, about 4×6 inches.
  7. Place filling onto each rectangle, leaving space around edges.
  8. Roll dough around filling, sealing edges by pinching tightly. Brush tops with melted garlic butter.
  9. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with leftover garlic butter if desired.
