Ingredients

  • ½ cup hot honey
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix hot honey, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. In the last few minutes, sprinkle crumbled feta over the chicken to melt slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and let rest before slicing.
