Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
- Hot honey (or honey mixed with red pepper flakes)
- Bell peppers
- Broccoli
- Snap peas
- Jasmine rice, brown rice, or quinoa
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- Lower the heat and stir in hot honey, letting it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Sauté your vegetables in a separate pan until tender (about 4-5 minutes).
- Assemble the bowl with grains at the bottom, topped with hot honey chicken and vegetables, and drizzle with additional hot honey if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
