  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  • 8 mini slider buns (brioche or whole grain)
  • Fresh greens (baby spinach or arugula)
  • Optional toppings: crispy bacon, cheese, fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked, with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Slice the cooked chicken into appropriate sizes for the sliders.
  4. Layer each bun with a piece of chicken, some fresh greens, and any additional toppings of your choice.
