Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Mince garlic, grate ginger, and chop green onions.
- Mix the Sauce: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Cook the Turkey: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add ground turkey.
- Sauté Until Browned: Cook turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add Sauce: Lower heat, pour sauce over turkey, stir to coat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, garnish with green onions, and serve over rice or in lettuce wraps.
Notes
