Description

Indulge in the nostalgic flavors of campfire s’mores with these easy, baked bars featuring graham crackers, chocolate, and gooey marshmallows.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups regular marshmallows (or mini marshmallows)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, crush the graham crackers and combine with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes to set.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust.
  4. Top with marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and puffy.
  6. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.

Notes

For a unique twist, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking. Let cool completely to prevent sticky fingers.
