- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups regular marshmallows (or mini marshmallows)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, crush the graham crackers and combine with melted butter and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes to set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust.
- Top with marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12-15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and puffy.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
For a unique twist, try adding a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking. Let cool completely to prevent sticky fingers.
