A delectable and easy recipe for Homemade S’mores Bars that combines graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows, creating a nostalgic treat perfect for any occasion.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1½ cups mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- Optional: sea salt for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the sides.
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking pan to form the crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips followed by mini marshmallows on top.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and lightly golden.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before lifting out and cutting into squares.
- Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. For best results, allow to cool completely before cutting.
