Description
Crispy chicken wings coated in a buttery garlic and Parmesan sauce, perfect for gatherings and game day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Toss the wings in this seasoning mix until well-coated.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the buttery garlic mixture over the seasoned wings. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out evenly. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs on top, and serve immediately.
Notes
For the crispiest wings, consider broiling them for an additional 3-5 minutes at the end of baking.
