Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Wash and quarter the potatoes. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and half of the garlic.
- Sear the chicken (optional): In a skillet, sear the chicken in butter until golden brown on both sides.
- Layer it all: Place the potatoes in the crockpot, then add the chicken. Sprinkle with the remaining garlic, herbs, and Parmesan.
- Add the sauce: Melt the butter and pour it over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cook low and slow: Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Final touches: Check seasoning, stir gently to combine flavors, and add more Parmesan and herbs if desired.
