Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Wash and cube the potatoes, leaving the skin on for added texture.
- In a skillet, melt a generous amount of butter and sauté the garlic until golden.
- In your crockpot, layer the beef and potatoes, pouring the buttery garlic mixture on top.
- Pour in the broth, ensuring everything is submerged.
- Cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) until the beef is tender and the potatoes are soft.
- Before serving, toss everything gently to ensure the butter and juices coat each piece perfectly.
Notes
