- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- ½ cup nut butter (peanut butter or almond butter)
- ½ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare Your Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Combine the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract.
- Combine the Mixtures: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Press and Set: Transfer mixture into the prepared dish and pack it down evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut and Serve: Lift bars out using parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!
