- 3–4 medium-sized Apples (Granny Smith recommended)
- ½ cup Sugar (brown sugar preferred)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 cup Caramel Sauce
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel, core, and slice apples; mix with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
- Spoon apple mixture into the center of each pastry square and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
- Fold pastry corners over the filling, pinch to seal, and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
