Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel, core, and slice apples; mix with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 4×4 inch squares.
  4. Spoon apple mixture into the center of each pastry square and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
