A comforting and succulent turkey breast cooked effortlessly in a slow cooker, infused with herbs and spices.

- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)
- 4 cloves garlic (fresh, minced)
- 1 onion (chopped, yellow or white)
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage
- 1 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a skillet, heat the butter over medium-high heat and sear the turkey breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the slow cooker, place chopped onions, garlic, and herbs.
- Lay the turkey breast on top of the aromatics and pour chicken broth around it.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Save the leftover broth for a rich gravy or soups. Season generously and avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
