A refreshing and vibrant crab salad that captures the essence of summer with fresh vegetables and a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

  • Fresh or imitation crab meat
  • Zesty bell peppers
  • Creamy avocado
  • Crisp cucumber
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by shredding or chopping the crab meat and dicing the bell peppers and cucumber.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, diced vegetables, and herbs.
  4. Pour the dressing over the top and toss gently.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately.

Notes
