  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives or green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together sour cream, bleu cheese, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to make the dip.
