- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together sour cream, bleu cheese, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl to make the dip.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, toss them with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm with the bleu cheese dip.
