- 1 can pumpkin puree
- 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, spices, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
- Melt the butter and drizzle it generously over the top of the cake mix.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
