Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 box yellow or spice cake mix
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, spices, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Melt the butter and drizzle it generously over the top of the cake mix.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
