Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca starch, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dairy-free yogurt, olive oil, nutritional yeast, and fresh herbs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Adjust with water if too dry.
- With lightly oiled hands, scoop portions of the dough and shape into small balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Optional: Sprinkle additional herbs or sea salt on top of each roll.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden-brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
