Ingredients

- 1 head of Cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Zest of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into even-sized florets, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the cauliflower and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Toss with lemon zest before serving.
Notes
Using a convection oven can enhance crispiness. Avoid crowding the pan to prevent steaming.
