  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, crumbled feta, garlic powder, and your chosen herbs.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb-feta mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and sauté the chicken for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internally).
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the chicken right before serving.
