Rich, cheesy, and irresistibly creamy! 🧀 This Velveeta beef & bowtie pasta is the ultimate comfort food, packed with flavor and ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle) 🍝

  • 1 lb ground beef 🥩

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒

  • 1 small onion, diced 🧅

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes 🍅

  • 1 cup beef broth 🥣

  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed 🧀

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

  • 1 teaspoon paprika 🌶️

  • Salt and 🫙 pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish 🌱


Instructions

  • Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Add Velveeta cubes and stir until melted and creamy.

  • Toss in cooked pasta until fully coated in the cheesy sauce.

 

  • Top with shredded cheddar, cover for 1–2 minutes to melt, garnish with parsley, and serve. 🌱

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
