- 12 ounces pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add cooked turkey and drained pasta, tossing gently to coat.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Notes
You can add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch and use any type of pasta you love.
