Description

A comforting and delicious cream sauce pasta dish featuring turkey, mushrooms, and cheese, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  5. Add cooked turkey and drained pasta, tossing gently to coat.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Notes

You can add breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch and use any type of pasta you love.
