Instructions

  2. Chop potatoes into bite-sized cubes and toss with olive oil, salt, and rosemary.

  4. Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, season cod fillets with salt and pepper, and sauté for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, then stir in heavy cream and let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add rosemary to the sauce, season to taste, and return the cod to the skillet.
