- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices. Add the chicken and let marinate for at least one hour.
