  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Rinse and set aside to drain.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain well.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the drained cauliflower to the skillet, and toss gently to coat with the garlic butter.
  5. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. If using, add the parmesan cheese at this point. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Transfer the creamy cauliflower to a serving dish, drizzle with more melted butter if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
