Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken and Buffalo sauce, stirring until evenly coated.
- Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping.
- Spread the mixture into a greased oven-safe dish and top with reserved cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest, garnish with green onions, and serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
Notes
Using room-temperature cream cheese helps with mixing. Adjust the Buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
