- 1 cup crab meat (fresh or imitation)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a surface with a corner pointing toward you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling on the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck the sides in, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with a dab of water.
- In a large skillet, heat about 2 inches of oil over medium heat until shimmering. Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
For a zesty twist, add lemon zest to the filling. Ensure the cream cheese is soft for easy mixing.
