- 1 cup acini di pepe pasta
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup canned pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mandarin oranges (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and pudding mix, mixing until well blended.
- Gently fold in drained pineapple, mandarin oranges, and mini marshmallows.
- Add the cooled pasta and stir gently to combine.
- Fold in shredded coconut and chopped nuts.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
- Stir gently before serving and enjoy.
