Description

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups peeled, chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped apples.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon sugar on top.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
