Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat with olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and carrots until soft, then stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Push the vegetables to the sides of the pot and add ground beef. Brown the meat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add diced potatoes and optional mushrooms; sauté for a few minutes.
