- 9 oz Cheese Tortellini
- 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms, sliced

- 2 cups Tomato Sauce

- 1 tsp Italian Herbs (oregano, basil)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the beef. Sauté until the mushrooms are golden.
- Stir in the tomato sauce and a pinch of Italian herbs. Allow it to simmer slightly.
- Add the tortellini to the pan, ensuring they are well-coated with the sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
