  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cheddar, eggs, salt, pepper, and ½ cup BBQ sauce until just blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, forming it into a loaf shape.
